Population genomics of Lisbon arched-mouth nase

This population genomics study of the Lisbon arched-mouth nase aims to understand how inland wetland fish adapt to the dynamic nature of their habitats and to assess the conservation status of populations of this endangered species. To achieve these objectives, a DArTseq dataset was generated for 89 individuals sampled from four locations along the Tagus River.
