Diet Recommendation System with Fullness Factor

A dataset with 152 rows with food items containing their 9 attributes as stated below is prepared. The content is prepared from food facts on nutrition sites like 100mealplan, nutritiondata, fatsecret,agritech.tnau.ac.in,gilisting,myfitnesspal,dietandfitnesstoday and verywellfit. a) Glycemic Index b) Grams c) Protein d) Carbohydrates e) Dietary Fibre f) Total Fat g) Glycemic Load h) Calories i) Fullness Factor The Glycemic load, Calories and Fullness Factor are calculated from the food facts. The optimization algorithm gives the quantity of each based on the glycemic load, calories and fullness factor.
