This file contains the BLUPs (Best Linear Unbiased Predictors) of genotypic means, with one value per variety, for the tree architecture, canopy shape, vegetation indices and canopy surface temperature -related traits measured in the orchard on the apple tree core-collection. The first column is the variety identifier “MUNQ”. It also contains in the following columns: (1) BLUPs of architecture-related traits derived from T-LiDAR scans - a_volume: alpha hull volume (m3) – c_volume: convex hull volume (m3) – ci: convexity index calculated as the ratio a_volume/c_volume – STAR: silhouette to total leaf area ratio – height: tree height (m) – nb_axes: number of axes – total_length: total cumulative axis length (m). (2) Manual measurements - TCSA: trunk cross sectional area (cm²). (3) BLUPs of integrative variables calculated from a PCA on traits from (1) and (2) – Dim.1: first dimension of the PCA, representative of vegetative development – Dim.2: second dimension of the PCA, representative of light interception capacity. (4) BLUPs of difference between canopy surface and air temperature (TSTA) obtained from thermal imaging (°C) – TSTA.WW.07_05, TSTA.WW.07_12, TSTA.WW.07_17, TSTA.WW.07_27: BLUPs of TSTA for well-watered trees respectively on 5th, 12th, 17th and 27th July 2017- TSTA.WW.all_dates: BLUP of TSTA for well-watered trees calculated using data collected on the four dates - TSTA.WD.07_05, TSTA.WD.07_12, TSTA.WD.07_17, TSTA.WD.07_27: BLUP of TSTA for water deficit trees respectively on 5th, 12th, 17th and 27th July 2017 - resp.TSTA.07_05, resp.TSTA.07_12, resp.TSTA.07_17, resp.TSTA.07_27: difference between BLUPs of TSTA.WD and of TSTA.WW at each date respectively. (5) BLUPs of of vegetation indices obtained from multispectral imaging - NDVI.WW.07_05, NDVI.WW.07_12, NDVI.WW.07_17, NDVI.WW.07_27, NDVI.WW.all_dates: BLUPs of NDVI for well-watered trees respectively on 5th, 12th, 17th and 27th July 2017, and using data collected on the four dates - NDVI.WD.07_05, NDVI.WD.07_12, NDVI.WD.07_17, NDVI.WD.07_27, NDVI.WD.all_dates: BLUPs of NDVI for water deficit trees respectively on 5th, 12th, 17th and 27th July 2017, and using data collected on the four dates - NDVI.all_dates: BLUPs of NDVI calculated using data collected on the four dates and both watering scenarios –Following columns: same as described for NDVI, for GNDVI and MCARI2.
