Log-layer mismatch dataset for the publication: "Addressing grid convergence and log-layer mismatch in wall modeled large eddy simulations of geophysical flows over rough surfaces and canopies"

This dataset contains spatially and temporally averaged wind velocity/speed profiles and turbulence kinetic energy profiles from (1) channel flow, (2) conventionally neutral boundary layer flow, and (3) truly neutral boundary layer flow. It is generated using the incompressible flow solver PadeOps (https://github.com/Howland-Lab/PadeOps.git).
