WHAT: Records of participants completing the resilient-construction certificate program — issuance, completion criteria attainment, and alignment with E2659 documentation requirements. WHERE: All three hubs and remote participants. WHY: To evidence the workforce readiness outcome, support CredUp Hub's E2659 alignment matrix, and document the 10 training modules and certificate issuance pathway for NAS reporting. HOW: Records generated by the credentialing platform and supplemented by issuance review by GA. WHEN: Beginning when the first cohort reaches issuance criteria in the pilot phase.
