Arboviral Infections in Neurological Disorders in Hospitalized Patients in São José do Rio Preto, São Paulo, Brazil

The dataset encompasses comprehensive virological, clinical, and laboratory data from all patients included in the study. It includes results from quantitative PCR (qPCR) and anti-IgM ELISA assays for DENV, ZIKV, and CHIKV, as well as PCR detection of ROCV, SLEV, WNV, MAYV, ILHV, YFV, BSQV, IGUV, and MADV. In addition to these virological parameters, the dataset integrates detailed clinical and laboratory findings.
