T1: first biological replicate; T2: second biological replicate; T3: third biological replicate *: Unused ProtScore = a measurement of all the peptide evidence for a protein that is not better explained by a higher ranking protein. It is the true indicator of protein confidence. #: % Coverage = percentage of matching amino acids from identified peptides having confidence greater than 0 divided by the total number of amino acids in the sequence. ^: Peptides (95%) = number of distinct peptides having at least 95% confidence. These proteins are identified in the epidermal tissues but not in the mesophyll tissues of A. officinalis and only those that are present in two out of the three biological replicates are selected for further anlaysis.
