This dataset includes GDGT abundance fractions, reconstructed temperature, mean annual precipitation (MAP), the ratio of isoGDGTs to brGDGTs (Ri/b), and the branched and isoprenoid tetraether (BIT) index over the past ~250 kyr in Mangshan.
