scRNA-seq reveals the temporal dynamics of NK cells in subcutaneous MC38-Ova murine tumours

We combined scRNA-seq and a photoconvertible Kaede transgenic mouse tumour model to study the temporal dynamics of NK cells in murine tumours. Tumour-infiltrating lymphocytes were isolated by FACS using LiveCD45+TER119-Kaede+ signal followed by exclusion of CD11b+NK1.1- (myeloid) cells. Thereafter, Kaede-green and Kaede-red fractions were separated for analysis with scRNA-seq.
