资源简介:
This study aims to elucidate the role of the adhesion molecule AMIGO2 in driving the progression of choriocarcinoma, a highly aggressive gestational tumor, through a specific metabolic reprogramming mechanism. We performed transcriptomic profiling (RNA-seq) on choriocarcinoma cell lines following AMIGO2 knockdown and overexpression to identify the key downstream signaling and metabolic pathways involved. The generated datasets reveal how the novel AMIGO2-PI3K-Akt-ETS1 axis transcriptionally activates the mitochondrial gene COX6B2 to enhance oxidative phosphorylation (OXPHOS), thereby promoting tumor growth. These data provide a crucial resource for understanding metabolic drivers in choriocarcinoma and identify potential therapeutic targets for this malignancy.
