DEVELOPMENT OF MORTGAGE LENDING PRACTICE OF COMMERCIAL BANKS

This article analyzes the mortgage lending practice of commercial banks, its economic significance and modern development trends. The importance of strengthening the bank's resource base, introducing digital mortgage platforms, improving preferential mortgage programs, and developing effective cooperation with construction organizations in the development of the mortgage market is highlighted. The economic effects of mortgage lending for the population, the economy, and banks are also considered. The article presents existing problems of the mortgage market and practical proposals for their elimination.
