存储全省(不含厦门)纳入省发改委项目专题管理社会领域专题项目每月进度信息。由项目业主单位或各地市机关部门申报社会领域专题项目每月进度新增、修改等业务，发改部门对社会领域专题项目每月进度信息进行审批。
Stores the monthly progress information of social sector special projects included in the special project management of the Provincial Development and Reform Commission (excluding Xiamen) across the entire province. Project owners or municipal government departments at prefecture-level across the province are responsible for submitting services including adding new or modifying existing monthly progress information for these social sector special projects, while the Provincial Development and Reform Commission conducts review and approval on the submitted monthly progress information of the social sector special projects.
