Tsuyuki_et_al_2024_Boninia_28S18S16SCOI_dataset.fas

This is a concatenated dataset of 28S rDNA, 18S rDNA, 16S rDNA, and cytochrome c oxidase subunit I (COI) sequences used for molecular phylogenetic analyses conducted by Tsuyuki et al. (2024). The partitions of genes are following: 28S rDNA = 1-960 18S rDNA = 961-2696 16S rDNA = 2697-3061 COI = 3062-3773 Before concatenating the sequences of the four genes, the sequences of 28S rDNA, 18S rDNA, and 16S rDNA were aligned using MAFFT ver.7.427 (Katoh et al. 2017), with the FFT-NS-i strategy selected by “Auto” option, then trimmed using Clipkit ver. 1.0 using the “kpic” option (Steenwyk et al. 2020). The sequence of COI was manually aligned and not trimmed. The OTUs included in this dataset are shown in Tsuyuki et al. (2024).
