1.依据用途:根据《人力资源社会保障部关于印发〈企业劳动保障守法诚信等级评价办法〉的通知》(人社部规〔2016〕1号)规定,各级人社行政部门要按照劳动保障监察管辖范围对辖区内企业开展一年一次诚信等级评价,评定等级划分为A、B、C三级,评价结果归入劳动保障守法诚信档案,至少保留3年。对评价为C级的企业,人社部门负责人要对其进行约谈,并对企业实行守信激励和失信联合惩戒。2.数据内容(9项):涉及用人单位全称、统一社会信用代码(或者注册号)、地址、法定代表人或者负责人姓名、评价依据、评价结果、评价时间。
1. Basis and Purpose: Pursuant to the Notice on Issuing the Measures for the Evaluation of Enterprise Labor and Social Security Law-abiding and Credit Integrity Grades (HRSS Regulation No. 〔2016〕1) issued by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, human resources and social security administrative departments at all levels shall conduct annual credit integrity grade evaluations on enterprises within their jurisdiction in accordance with the labor and social security supervision jurisdiction. The evaluation grades are divided into three levels: Grade A, Grade B and Grade C. The evaluation results shall be included in the labor and social security law-abiding and credit integrity archives and retained for at least 3 years. For enterprises rated as Grade C, leading officials of the human resources and social security departments shall conduct a warning interview with them, and implement incentive measures for creditworthy enterprises and joint disciplinary measures for dishonest enterprises.
2. Data Content (9 Items): Covers full name of the employing unit, Unified Social Credit Identifier (or registration number), address, name of the legal representative or person in charge, evaluation basis, evaluation result and evaluation time.
