Post-processed data sample and code from <i>The timing of climate change exposure and opportunities for global marine biodiversity</i><i> </i>(2024) Meyer ALS, Pigot AL, Merow C, Kaschner K, Garilao CC, Kesner-Reyes K, Trisos CH.The pre-processed data used in the analyses were not uploaded due to the file size exceeding Figshare's storage quota. The code uses a sample of the species data used in the analyses due to RAM memory constraints. The climate data can be obtained at https://esgf-node.llnl.gov/search/cmip6/.
