Assessment of Efficacy and Safety of dupilumab in Patients With bullous pemphigoid: A Systematic Review and Meta-analysis

Evaluation of Dupilumab in patients with bullous pemphigoid.
Outcomes :
Primary outcomes were mean percentage decrease in BPDAI (bullous pemphigoid disease area index) score in BP patients from baseline until evaluation of the efficacy. Secondary outcomes involved a mean percentage decrease in scores for the itch-NRS, Anti-BP180 antibodies, Anti-BP230 antibodies, Serum total IgE, Eosinophil count, complete response, relapse, drug survival, and adverse events after treatment with dupilumab.
