资源简介:
This dataset contains the supplementary Excel tables associated with the PhD manuscript “Relief dynamics of the Vosges through morphometric and cosmogenic nuclides analyses: a case of transient landscapes in a low-deformation context” by Bastien Mathieux.
Table A.1 provides in situ terrestrial cosmogenic nuclide analytical data and catchment-averaged morphometric metrics for river sand samples collected from second-order basins across the main drainage divide of the Vosges Mountains. It includes sample identifiers, outlet coordinates and elevation, quartz and carrier masses, AMS-measured 10Be/9Be and 26Al/27Al ratios with analytical uncertainties and blanks, calculated 10Be and 26Al concentrations with uncertainties, input parameters for denudation-rate calculations, 10Be- and 26Al-derived denudation rates, effective integration times, measured 26Al/10Be ratios, and catchment morphometric variables including basin area, mean elevation, mean gradient, ksn, hilltop curvature, and topographic shielding.
Table A.2 contains node-level and basin-pair averaged metrics along the main drainage divide of the Vosges Mountains. It includes geographic coordinates, basin-averaged topographic metrics, local relief, hilltop curvature, extrapolated denudation, channel steepness index, chi values integrated from 300 m and 600 m base levels, across-divide differential metrics, and westward divide migration rates with uncertainties.
Table A.3 compiles paired-catchment morphometric and cosmogenic-nuclide denudation data from published studies of drainage divide dynamics in different tectonic and climatic settings, including the Vosges Mountains. The table reports paired denudation rates, mean basin slope, site names, study references, catchment coordinates, and divide migration rates computed from paired basin metrics. Where slope values were unavailable in the original publications, they were recalculated using the ALOS PALSAR 30 m DEM.
Table B.1 provides in situ terrestrial cosmogenic nuclide analytical data and catchment-averaged morphometric metrics for river sand samples associated with Chapter 4. It follows the same structure as Table A.1.
Morphometric analyses were computed using DEM-derived topographic data and TopoToolbox in MATLAB. Denudation rates were calculated using the CRONUS-Earth online calculator with LSDn time-dependent scaling. The files are provided to document analytical inputs, derived metrics, and supplementary datasets used in the thesis.
