We use PacBio HiFi sequencing to generate a very accurate genome sequence for the bdelloid rotifer Adineta vaga. Previous genome assemblies of the same organism were published in 2013 (https://doi.org/10.1038/nature12326) and in 2021 (https://doi.org/10.1126/sciadv.abg4216) but there is still room for improvements.
