Seeds of garden pea (Pisum sativum L.) belonging to the Sprint-2 genetic line were taken at two different stages: "flat pod" (early maturation, 10 days after pollination) and "yellow wrinkled pod" (mature seeds, 30 days after pollination), to track any changes in mRNA content and gene expression.
