The goal of this project was to study the difference in GBM tumors formed in ESM1 Knockout vs. WT mice. ESM1 Knockout and WT mice were injected intracranially with mG7080 (Murine GBM tumor cell line). Mice were monitored for tumor formation. Once these mice formed tumor, n=2 per group were sacrificed and tumor was resected and immediately processed for ATAC-seq.
