Zebrafish light sheet microscope neural imaging

We are imaging ~100000 neurons using a custom built light sheet microscope, enabling us to observe the activity of each neuron individually during rest periods with no stimulation, and during visual stimulation. These datasets will help us to understand how the brain represents information about the natural world and how it transforms sensoy input into behaviour.本研究团队采用定制搭建的光片显微镜（light sheet microscope）对约10万个神经元开展成像实验，借此可分别观测每个神经元在无刺激静息状态与视觉刺激状态下的神经活动。此类数据集将助力我们解析大脑如何表征自然世界的相关信息，以及如何将感官输入转化为行为输出。
