本试验数据采集于杭州中国水稻研究所富阳基地中的水稻纹枯病实验田(经度:30.077246°,纬度:119.921479°),试验田约400平方米,选用2个抗纹枯病低至中等抗性的水稻品种(黄花展和楚粳27),数据采集时水稻处于灌浆期。光谱测量实验于上午10点到下午2点间在光线较稳定的情况下采用UHD185成像光谱仪经过黑白标定后在距离目标作物侧面病斑20-30cm处进行拍摄,得到成像高光谱数据。仪器的光谱分辨率约为4nm,光谱测定范围为450-950nm。在每个小区中选取3个未染病的正常位置和3个染病位置拍摄成像高光谱图像,共得到30幅正常图像和30幅染病图像。

This experimental dataset was collected from a rice sheath blight trial field at the Fuyang Base of China National Rice Research Institute, Hangzhou (longitude: 30.077246°, latitude: 119.921479°). The trial field covers approximately 400 m², and two rice varieties with low to moderate resistance to sheath blight (Huanghuazhan and Chujing 27) were selected. The rice was at the grain filling stage during data collection. Spectral measurements were conducted between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM under relatively stable lighting conditions. A UHD185 imaging spectrometer was used, after undergoing black-and-white calibration, to capture images at 20–30 cm from the side lesions of the target crops, yielding imaging hyperspectral data. The spectrometer has a spectral resolution of approximately 4 nm and a spectral detection range of 450–950 nm. For each experimental plot, imaging hyperspectral images were captured at 3 healthy, uninfected locations and 3 infected locations. A total of 30 healthy images and 30 infected images were obtained.
