The fungal community and network to long-term paddy reclamation vary among different spatial habitats in soil

The soils were collected at the 0-20 cm depth in natural wetland and four rice fields with different ages (60, 100, 125 and 150 years). An optimal moisture-sieving procedure was adopted to separate soil aggregates into four fractions, including > 5, 2-5, 0.25-2 and < 0.25 mm.
