Assay for Transposase-Accessible Chromatin in E4BP4 overexpressed RAW264.7 cells

ATACseq was performed by overexpressing E4BP4 in RAW264.7 cells using lentivirus. Overall design: Lentivirus expressing mCherry(control) or E4BP4 were produced by Vector Builder.RAW264.7 cells were plated at a density of 1x105 cells/well (non-treated 24-well plate). 24 hours after incubation, RAW cells were infected with lentiviruses expressing mCherry or E4BP4 at 100 MOI. After infection, the cells were replaced with a fresh medium, and 48 hours later, the cells were collected and used for ATAC-seq.
