Single cell gene expression profile from mouse lung tissue

The majority of the cells consist of immune cells. From lung tissue after repetitive bleomycin-induced fibrotic injury, followed by treatment with immune cloaking gel-coated mesenchymal stromal cells The cells were isolated by lung tissue digestion with enzyme mix from Tumor Dissociation Kit (#1119; Miltenyi), followed by filtration through 40-micron strainer and confirmation of cell viability above 90%. n = 2-3 mice were pulled for each group.
