中国围产期母婴健康监护与AI风险预警主题科学数据库

母婴健康和围产保健是体现国家发展水平的重要指标。党和国家致力于母婴保健和妇幼健康事业发展。本主题数据库通过远程电子胎心监护设备采集孕晚期孕妇的胎儿胎心监护数据、提取我国7大行政区有代表性的孕妇的基本信息、妊娠周期、临床信息和多普勒胎心电子图像集合。利用人工智能（AI）技术进行方便快捷实现随时随地的居家远程实时监测和风险评估及预警可以更好的保证孕期母婴健康和各种高危因素的早发现早干预，为今后实现胎儿健康评估和相关疾病的研究提供支撑。本数据库已经完成百万级孕妇的数据库建设并将不断更新升级。

Maternal and infant health and perinatal care are key indicators reflecting a country's level of development. The Communist Party of China and the Chinese government are committed to advancing maternal and infant health care and women's and children's health undertakings. This themed database collects fetal cardiotocography data from pregnant women in the third trimester via remote electronic fetal monitoring devices, and extracts representative basic information, gestational weeks, clinical data, and a collection of Doppler fetal electronic images from pregnant women across China's seven major administrative regions. Leveraging artificial intelligence (AI) technology to enable convenient, real-time remote home monitoring, risk assessment and early warning regardless of time and location can better safeguard maternal and infant health during pregnancy, facilitate early detection and intervention of various high-risk factors, and provide a solid foundation for future fetal health assessment and related disease research. The construction of this database, which covers data from one million pregnant women, has been completed, and it will continue to be updated and upgraded.
