SARS-CoV-2 GISAID Accession IDs: Hospitalized Patients and Healthcare Workers, Lebanon

This dataset contains the GISAID accession numbers for SARS-CoV-2 whole-genome sequences generated as part of a genomic surveillance study conducted in Lebanon. Sequences are provided for two cohorts: hospitalized COVID-19 patients and healthcare workers. The data accompanies the manuscript: "Tracking the shifting landscape of SARS-CoV-2 variants in Lebanon among healthcare workers and hospitalized patients", submitted to Spectrum Microbiology. All sequences are publicly accessible via GISAID (https://www.gisaid.org) using the accession identifiers listed herein.
