R script and data: CTUIR Chinook radio-tagging study

These files contain the complete data and code used for analysis of radio-tracking data collected by the Confederated Tribes of the Umatilla Indian Reservation. R scripts contain code to reproduce statistical analysis of the raw data contained in the .csv files. Casey Justice (Columbia River Inter-Tribal Fish Commission) provided the water temperature data and all other environmental covariates used were part of publicly available repositories that are cited in the manuscript. To run scripts: Install a recent version of ROpen the R project file named "radio tracking.Rproj", then open any of the scripts within that project session. The order scripts are run does not matter. Packages will download and install automatically.
