To investigate the effect of lncRNA on theVEGF-C-mediated cancer development , genome-wide lncRNA were analyzed by Arraystar Human LncRNA microarray V3.0 upon knockdown VEGF-C in MKN-45gastric cancer cells. The MKN-45 gastric cancer cells were transfected with si-VEGF-C or si-NC. Total RNA was extracted 48h after the transfection and the differentially expressed genes were analyzed byArraystar Human LncRNA microarray V3.0.
