Methane in sediments of small Arctic lakes

This dataset contains porewater methane (CH₄) concentration measurements from ten small lakes located in the High Arctic (3 lakes) and Subarctic (7 lakes) regions. The dataset includes information on CH₄ concentrations in lake sediments, as well as basic lake characteristics such as geographic coordinates, and elevation. The dataset was collected as part of a study investigating methane dynamics in Arctic and Subarctic lake ecosystems.
