The zebrafish (Danio rerio) was used to test the chronic responses over 3 weeks of exposure in four parental experimental groups: 1) control F1 (non-exposed parents), 2) paternally-exposed F1, 3) maternally-exposed F1, and 4) both-parents exposed Offspring from each parental group was exposed to conditions similar to the parental exposures and their survival and performance were determined. This dataset is comprised of toxicological assays testing the influence of the dietary exposure to Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons (PAHs) of a parental generation (P0), on the survival of its offspring when exposure to the same compounds were performed on the embryo and larval life stages. Endpoints for this experiment were PO and F1 survival when the exposures were performed. Data of both generations are provided in different spreadsheets containing some graphs. The statistical analysis and plots were made in SigmaPlot 12 (files are included), and/or software of convenience. Photos and videos taken from both generations are also included.
