Diversity and dynamics of oral bacterial populations

This dataset represents a high temporal resolution study of the healthy human tongue dorsum microbiome. Seventeen healthy volunteers were sampled at up to 7 time points over a two-week interval. The dataset is designed to construct metagenome-assembled genomes for use in the inquiry of strain-level variation within and across donors over short timescales.
