Transcripts identified by microarray analysis that were deregulated in P0+18h cultures of murine ureters upon treatment with IWP-2.

Evaluation of the transcriptional changes in murine P0+18h ureters upon treatment with IWP-2. Ureters of newborn NMRI pups (P0) were dissected and cultured for 18h in medium containing 5 µM IWP-2 or in medium without IWP-2. Total RNA from these ureters was analyzed by microarray analysis.
