Numerical study on pebble bed powder migration and clogging mechanism with purge gas
收藏资源简介:
The dataset used in this study is derived from the results of combining numerical simulation and experimental measurements in the literature. The numerical simulation part is generated based on the CFD-DEM coupling method and covers the fluid flow and particle dynamics behavior data under different operating conditions (gas flow velocity ranging from 0.1 to 0.3 m/s, particle bed filling rate approximately 60%). The dataset includes key variables such as fluid pressure drop, velocity field distribution, particle displacement, bed blockage, powder distribution, etc. During the data processing, outliers are removed, some missing points are corrected using moving average and interpolation methods, and the experimental data and simulation results are normalized for easier comparison and analysis. The final formed dataset can support the study of gas-solid coupling behavior within the packer particle bed, and is applicable for model validation, algorithm training, and multi-physics process analysis.
