These are two DRFLP datasets. One dataset contains ten instances: nine instances with n=20 and one instance with n=19. The other contains eight Q-instances: five with n=18 and three with n=20. Q-Instances are derived from Quadratic Assignment Problem (QAP) instances, as explained in the paper:
