The scaffolding protein EBP50 regulates microvillar assembly in a phosphorylation-dependent manner

Representative image stacks from the microvillar rescue assay. Control cells (siGL2) were not treated with siEBP50, and shows cells transfected to express the GFP-Nuc control plasmid. Cells were stained for ezrin (red) and actin (blue) and transfected cells identified as those expressing the GFP-tagged construct (green). Microvilli were visualized on the apical surface of cells by ezrin and phalloidin staining.
