PMC captures known biological association and the Color Mixing Image highlights variation therein

The image data for Figure 5, and Figures S1-S4 of<b><i> </i></b><b><i>Redefining colocalization analysis with a novel Phasor Mixing Coefficient.</i></b>The imaging data are separated into folders based on experiment: mito-mito, myo-pmyo, and mito-nuc. Each folder contains multispectral images (CZI files) corresponding to single-color controls and two-color experiments, and a README.txt file which contains further explanation of the images and file naming convention. The analysis outputs are produced through the "Figure 5" section of the Jupyter notebook in the associated GitHub repository.
