To explore the application prospect of 5hmc as a tumor diagnostic biomarker, we collected the peripheral blood data of 150 patients with esophageal cancer and 177 healthy samples from the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University. By using the method of nano-hmc-Seal, we sequenced the cfDNA of each sample.
