资源简介:
T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (T-ALL) is a highly aggressive hematologic malignancy. The potential of investigating SH2D1A holds promise for more targeted therapies and better outcomes. Knocking down SH2D1A led to decreased T-ALL cell survival and growth both in vitro and in vivo. RNA-seq analysis was conducted and the differently expressed genes were revealed in the SH2D1A-knockdown Jurkat and 6T-CEM cells in comparison to control group. mRNA profiles of Jurkat and 6T-CEM cells transfected with control shRNA (sh-NC) or sh-SH2D1A were generated by RNA sequencing, in double, using Illumina NovaSeq6000.
