Supporting Data for "Small Molecule Fluorescent Probes for Alcohol Dehydrogenase, Catecholamines and Copper(I) Ion"

This dataset contains all the data collected in my PhD studies. The whole dataset is further divided into three subfolders that corresponds to Chapter 2_ADH Project, Chapter 3_Catecholamines Project and Chapter 4_Cu(I) Project. Each project contains NMR and HRMS data for molecules and copper complexes synthesized in my PhD studies. NMR data files can be opened and processed by Bruker TopSpin and HRMS data has been analysed by Bruker Compass DataAnalysis to obtain the PDF report files. Each project also contains excel files obtained from fluorescence and UV-Vis measurements. Chapter 2_ADH Project and Chapter 3_Catecholamines Project also contains LCMS and HPLC-UV data obtained by analysing the experimental results using Empower, Thermo Xcalibur Qual Browser and Chromeleon Chromatography Studio. Chapter 2_ADH Project and Chapter 3_Catecholamines Project also contains live cell imaging data obtained from Leica Confocal Laser Scanning Microscope using Leica Application Suite X. The images can be opened and processed by ImageJ.
