Two Haplotype-Resolved Telomere-to-Telomere Genome Assemblies of Cannabis sativa

We produced two haplotype-resolved telomere-to-telomere (T2T) genome assemblies of Cannabis sativa, representing the two haplotypes of the diploid genome. These assemblies were analyzed separately throughout the study. Gene annotation was supported by a set of protein models specifically prepared for annotation training, which served as external evidence for gene model prediction.
