Identifying baicalein targeting genes in pancreatic cancer

The high-throughput sequencing analysis was employed to explore the biological roles of baicalein in pancreatic cancer cells. We conducted the high-throughput sequencing of RNA to compare the RNA expression pattern between no treated Highly Metastatic potential SUIT-2 cells and baicalein-treated Highly Metastatic potential SUIT-2 cells. The total RNA was extracted from cells using TRIzol RNA isolation reagent. The transcriptome was evaluated by RNA sequencing which was performed at Novogene Bioinformatics Institute (China).
