2.数据处理:通过字段“楼宇”、“房源”、“开始时间”、“结束时间”、“出租状态”进行数据透视。计算出房源的正常占用,空闲等占用状态,计算出租资源收益指数。出租资源收益指数=累计收取租金/(单价*出租面积)
