This supplementary file contains data and python code for in the manuscript "Apatite Constraints on Archean TTG Magmatism Using Machine Learning" by Qianbin Liang, Guoxiong Chen, Timothy Kusky, Qiuming Chen Contents: 1.Tables: Table-S1_Apatite_tectonic_setting1229: The dataset was compiled from GEOROC database and previous publications, including arc and non-arc apatites (see materials in the main text). Table-S2_Apatite_granite0803:The dataset was compiled from previous publications, including I-, S- and A-type apatites (see materials in the main text). Table-S3_Apatite_TTG: Archean TTG’s apatites from the chemical discriminant database of accessory mineral of Bruand et al. (2020), which can be predicted by the well-trained ML model. 2.Code Code-S1_Granite_lree1230 for using Table S2 and S3. Code-S2_Setting_lree1231 for using Table S1 and S3. The code archiving is still underway.
