Next-generation sequencing (NGS) has revolutionized systems-based analysis of cellular pathways. The goals of this study are to analyze the differential genes and pathways in PH+ B-ALL cells isolated from BCR-ABLtTA mice by using RNA-seq. Overall design: IL-17A treated PH+ B-ALL and Control PH+B-ALL cells mRNA profiles were generated by deep sequencing using Illumina Novaseq 6000.
