Heart Cell Atlas

Heart Cell Atlas（心血管细胞图谱）是人类细胞图谱项目的一部分，是一个心脏单细胞多组学数据库。该图谱由维康桑格研究所、伦敦帝国理工学院等机构合作建立，通过单细胞和空间转录组学技术，绘制了人类心脏八个解剖区域的704,296个细胞，鉴定了12种主要心脏细胞类型和75种细胞状态，特别首次详细解析了心脏传导系统细胞。Heart Cell Atlas, as a component of the Human Cell Atlas (HCA) project, is a cardiac single-cell multi-omics database. It was collaboratively established by institutions including the Wellcome Sanger Institute and Imperial College London. Using single-cell and spatial transcriptomics technologies, this atlas has mapped 704,296 cells across eight anatomical regions of the human heart, identified 12 major cardiac cell types and 75 cell states, and notably provided the first detailed characterization of cardiac conduction system cells.
