NoVA Domestic Migration Flow Atlas, Tax Years 2018-2023

County-to-county migration flows between the nine Northern Virginia jurisdictions and every named partner county in the IRS Statistics of Income county migration files, tax-year pairs 2018-2019 through 2022-2023. 6,680 directed flow lines across 342 partner counties in 45 states and DC, each carrying tax returns, exemptions and aggregate adjusted gross income, plus DBSCAN destination clusters, IsolationForest anomaly flags, FGDC metadata and a full data-verification record.Produced by the Keystone GIS Northern Virginia Autonomous GIS Research Program.
