SAARLAND BAG: ATOMIC MECHANISMS OF ACTION OF MEMBRANE PROTEINS AND BIOSYNTHETIC ENZYMES

Projects are focussed primarily within the framework of local collaborations on "Ca2+signals: Molecular
Mechanisms und Integrative Functions" at Saarland University and on natural bioactive compounds including their interactions with their target proteins with the Food Chemistry Department at Leibniz University in Hannover. These projects involve the structure determination of membrane proteins and soluble proteins.
