Supplementary gff3 files of 470 angiosperm species

Here is the repository for the gff3 files of the 470 angiosperm species involved in our manuscript.In total 470 gff3 files are deposited, i.e. one gff3 file for each species. The labelling pattern follows that given a species with latin name for instance "<i>Arabidopsis thaliana</i>", the gff3 file will be labelled as "Arabidopsis_thaliana.gff3.gz". The taxnomy information and data source are summarized in the enclosed table entitled "Data_Availability_470.xlsx".Please caution that some genome files are subject to restrictions on usage and reserved analyses according to the corresponding data source, details of which can be found in the ending comment of the table above.
