Chromosome-scale genome of the Longfin Smelt (Spirinchus thaleichthys). HiFi read were produced using a single SMRT Cell from a Pacbio Revio machine. Contigs were assembled using hifiasm v0.19.9 using subsetted (0.3) sequencing data after filtering for reads longer than 10Kbp to reduce computational load. Hi-C data were produced by Phase Genomics and assembled using the Arima Mapping Pipeline V03 and yahs v1.2.2.
